• A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking • The reservation must be paid in full in the 14 days prior to check in. • 100% refund of the amount paid if you cancel more than 14 days before the arrival date. • If you cancel 14 days or less, the penalty charge is 100% of the reservation. • In case of a no show, the penalty charge is 100% of the reservation. • If the guest decides to check out on a date prior to the date of the reservation, regardless of the reason, there will be no refund. • Reservations for Christmas, New Year's Eve and Easter are non-refundable. • In the event that you cannot travel due to restrictions by the Ministry of Health in relation to COVID, or if you become ill with COVID, you may change the dates without penalty and may maintain the original rate so long as there is availability for that rate bracket. Documentation may be required to support the inability to travel. • Some rate plans require prepayment in full and are non-cancellable, non-refundable, non-changeable and non-transferable. This will be identified in the rate description. For these rate plans, once you make a reservation your credit card will be charged for the full amount and bookings with these specifications cannot be modified.

The nearest airport is Liberia Airport (Daniel Odouber) which is approximately an hours' drive to our hotel in Tamarindo. We can help to arrange a private taxi to take you to and from the airport. This costs $90 plus tax each way for up to 4 people.

Unfortunately, our hotel is not suited for children under 12 years of age. Our space is very intimate and we've created it to be a retreat-style destination for guests to reconnect with themselves and nature.

We love our furry friends but unfortunately due to our space being designed with a full-service restaurant at its center, we cannot accommodate pets. We are also mindful to cater to all of our guests, those with allergies included.
